Greetings!

You may be considering bird boarding for your bird(s) because you

  • have a work trip or holiday coming up,

  • have a special event or life change,

  • want to socialize your bird(s) with other birds and humans,

  • are moving house/renovating (beware fumes from cleaning/upholstery products, paint, and dust which can be fatal to your bird),

  • need a bird parenting break!

We are here to help! Our names are Malak and Sanad (wife and husband) with 11 years of bird care between us. We are informed and constantly learning about various pet bird species, care, and training. We also have avian first aid certification and we understand bird anatomy, preventing and recognizing avian diseases, and how to give first aid to birds in different types of emergencies.

We have three pet birds of our own who we adopted from various homes and that is how our passion for birds and bird care was born.

We make a promise to our bird parent clients to provide excellent, professional bird care, based on education, experience, and a dedication to quality service. Our approach to bird care is based on our motto For the Love of Birds; we believe all birds in our care deserve the best nutrition, exercise, enrichment, and rest their species, age, and sex requires.

We avoid all toxic fruits and vegetables, plants, houseware, scents, and cleaning products…anything that is a danger to our bird friends is forbidden in our boarding facility. In addition, we pay special attention to instructions we get from bird parents when they complete the booking form and boarding agreement.

Our home and facility house birds only. There are no other pets, and no guests come with pets. This is to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of our feathered friends.

We do not board injured, or sick birds and we strive to keep a distance between each of the cages in our facility. Birds from different households have out of cage time at separate intervals during the boarding day and each bird is carefully observed for health and well-being during individual play time with one of our carers.

Please see the FAQs page for questions clients have asked and contact us if you have any other questions or requests.

We look forward to meeting you and your birds soon!
