Birds Bed and Breakfast - Care routine

Activities may vary depending on bird parent instructions and bird preferences:

• 7:30am: Food bowls preparation (fresh fruit, vegetables, and refresh pellets and water).

• 8am: Uncover cages and wake birds, encourage to poop, eat, and drink. Observe physical health and well-being of each bird.

• 8:30 - 11am: Alternating out of cage time for all birds. Cage cleaning.

• 11am: Refresh pellets and water.

• 2pm: Remove fresh foods, refresh water.

• 2pm - 4pm: Alternating individual out of cage time for all birds.

• 4pm - 5pm: Observe physical health and well-being of each bird. Updates to bird parents.

• 7pm - 7:30: Bedtime wind down - reduced lighting and silence.

• 7:30: Cover cages, turn off lights, and turn on night lights.
